Curd for Hair Problems

Curd with Fenugreek – Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and grind it in the morning. Now combine this paste with 1 cup of curd and apply on your hair along with scalp. Keep this pack for 30 minutes before rinsing it with cold water. Regular application of this pack reduces hair fall.

Curd with Amla Powder – Take 1/2 cup of curd and add 4-5 tbsp of amla powder. Mix it well before applying the paste on hair. Keep it for 20 minutes and then shampoo your hair. Apply this pack twice a week for best results.

Curd for Dry Hair

Curd with Egg Yolk and Almond Oil – Almond oil is an excellent source of vitamin for skin and hair. Adding 2 tsp of almond oil with 1 cup of curd and 1 egg yolk will make hair shiny and smooth.

Curd with Coconut Oil – Coconut oil nourishes your hair and hence adding it with curd will only increase the goodness quotient. Add 3 tsp of coconut oil with 1/2 cup of curd and apply on your hair for 20 minutes before washing.

Curd with Eggs, Lemon Juice and Honey – Combine 1/2 cup of curd with 2 eggs and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. To this mixture add 2 tbsp of honey and apply this concoction on your hair for 30 minutes. Lemon juice will help to remove dandruff whereas curd and egg together will give deep conditioning to your hair. Honey, on the other hand, will add shine to your hair.

Curd with Henna powder – Henna has a multipurpose natural quality in itself. Not only does it give colour to your hair but it also helps in keeping dandruff at bay and gives deep conditioning. Make a paste using 5-6 tbsp of henna powder and add 1 cup of curd. Wear gloves before applying this paste on your hair. Don’t forget to cover the roots properly. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water and shampoo the next day. Your hair will feel so smooth that you won’t stop touching them.

Curd with Black Pepper – This may sound weird but it surely works. Add 6-8  grounded black pepper in a bowl of curd and apply on your hair for 20 minutes. Wash off hair with cold water applying little shampoo. Frequent application of this mixture is good to get rid of dandruff easily.
